We are waiting on parts for our "unit." Thankfully, it is not so cold here. Obviously. But it does get cold and I would like it all to be in working order by the time the frost is on the pumpkin, so to say. How in the world did people do it before electricity and so forth? Stay warm. Or as warm as you can.
RK-thank you so much. I now have heat!!!!! and no candy because the little darlings have cleaned me out. Now I'm hiding in my house with the lights out. Gawd.
We just dropped a few grand on our new one as well. It was kind of time for our old one though. It had been in use for over 30 years and we were just waiting for it to expire. I think it was a good idea to get one of those new efficient ones. They say you make your money back in a few years from how much you save on your energy bill.
